Michael Moore went to Cuba with Americans in his flm Sicko in an attempt to show the world how superior the Cuban Health system is to American Health care. After tracing his foot steps, the producer of Shooting Michael Moore, saw filthy hospitals with little equipment, no windows and neglected patients.

Has anybody noticed that in a large American city that there are many fully equiped hospitals ranging from level 1 trauma to cancer centers in a 5 mile radius. There are ambulences and firetrucks and helicopters minutes away to take you to to a hospital if there is an emergency.

Where else in the world if you include population size, population location, diversity and socioeconomics is there such medical care and response available.
